GF 117 1.0 Clear Polyester Permanent Adhesive with 1.5 mil PET liner

GF 117 is a double-coated pressure sensitive 1.0 mil clear polyester film with a high-tack permanent adhesive on one side and a high-tack removable adhesive on the opposite side. GF 117 has a 90# air-egress on the removable adhesive side. The air-egress liner assures smooth bubble-free application (NOTE: Air-egress adhesives are DRY APPLY ONLY). This product is designed for laminating thin flexible plastic films and papers commonly found in graphics for temporary application to glass. The high-tack permanent (HTAP) adhesive is protected by a 1.5 mil clear polyester liner. This clear mounting film can be laminated by the cold laminating process without the addition of heat.

How do I know which side to apply to the printed graphic and which side is the removable side?
The permanent side goes on the printed graphic and has a PET clear liner. The removable side has a 90# paper air-egress liner. This is the removable side that is applied to the glass surface.
What types of applications is GF 117 good for?
GF 117 is intended for application to glass, but may be used on other substrates, test for your specific uses. GF 117 can be used with graphic film and paper laminations and it is not a structural mounting tape. GF 117 is designed to produce two sided decals using digital prints, screen printed and other printed images for application to glass. These decals are cleanly removable. In all cases, the substrates must be clean and free of dust, dirt and oil. This product is not recommended for tinted or laminated windows.
