GF 103 5.0 Velvet Gloss Clear Polycarb Laminate
GF 103 is a 5.0 mil clear polycarbonate textured matte laminating film. This polycarbonate laminate has a clear permanent acrylic adhesive on a 1.5 mil polyester film liner and offers protection from abrasion and moisture in interior applications. It is best applied by using a cold laminating process (heat is not recommended) and is designed to protect digital image prints and screen-printed images for exhibit and display graphics. GF 103 can be used in most instances where a laminate with non-glare properties is required.

Ultraflex StripMesh Plus 8oz
Strip Mesh Plus is an 8 oz. coated, polyester scrim, mesh banner material with a PVC backing. The backer creates an air-tight print surface to prevent ink spray through while helping to feed the material through the printer. The backer is easily removed after printing. Like UltraMesh® Plus, the material allows 37% air-flow through and is ideal for banners, protective barriers and fence wraps. Strip Mesh Plus is compatible with solvent, eco-solvent, screen printing and UV inks. Available in widths from 54” – 126”.
GF 285 – RoughMark 3.5 mil Matte White Opaque Vinyl w/High-Tack Removable Adhesive
GF 285 RoughMark™ is a 3.5 mil matte white opaque polymeric vinyl film coated with a solvent acrylic high-tack removable (HTR) pressure sensitive adhesive on a 90# layflat liner. Its thick HTR adhesive is designed to aggressively grip onto textured substrates such as brick or block, yet cleanly remove without leaving adhesive residue on the contact surface.
The 90# liner provides excellent dimensional stability for digital printing. GF 285 accepts a variety of solvent-based, eco-solvent, latex and *UV curable inks common to wide format digital printing systems. *For UV Curable inks, please consult with the ink manufacturer for specifics on ink flexibility.
Ultraflex Speaker Mesh 7oz
Speaker Mesh is a 7 oz. PVC coated polyester mesh. Speaker Mesh is printable on two-sides using solvent, eco-solvent, and UV inks. The large-holed mesh allows 70% air-flow through. It is designed with a special scrim pattern that runs through the open holes catching more ink for optimal ink coverage. Speaker Mesh is best suited for acoustical applications (over concert/venue speakers), enormous images on building/stadium wraps, murals, protective barriers for scaffolding. It is well-suited for theatrical and TV backdrops. Available in seamless wide-widths of 126” and 196”.
