Matte 1000 Denier Banner
The Matte 1000 Denier Banner provides a glare-free finish, making them ideal for long-distance viewing.
The vinyl banner consists of a scrim layer sandwiched between two vinyl layers. The scrim refers to the thread count or denier, which is created using a warp and weft pattern. Made from polyester mesh with a vinyl coating, the scrim adds durability and strength to the banner. These vinyl layers are typically coated onto the mesh, reinforcing the overall structure.
Print lamination is not suggested. We do recommend using banner tape for finished edges and grommet reinforcement:

Replacement heavy duty twin wheel cutter, for the Excalibur 3S, 5000 and
discontinued Excalibur 3000. The cutting plate is made from plated steel and comes fitted with two high carbon steel cutting wheels.
PLEASE NOTE: When ordering replacement cutting head rather than just wheels, check the main cutter plate is the current silver or gold colour (B) and not the discontinued black version (A). If you have the discontinued black version (A), please specify this when ordering, so we can provide an extra washer. Old discontinued black plates (A) will have to be replaced with the new version (B) before you can just order wheels, as they will not fit the A model.
GF 219 6.0 mil Gloss Clear Semi-Rigid Vinyl
GF 219 is a 6.0 mil gloss clear semi-rigid vinyl with a clear low-tack removable acrylic pressure sensitive adhesive on a 90# liner. This vinyl is designed to accept a variety of solvent-based, eco-solvent, latex and UV curable inks common to wide format digital printing systems. The clear removable adhesive works on a variety of common substrates used in graphics applications. The 90# liner offers excellent product layflat in a variety of ambient conditions along with ease of application of large format graphics. Semi-rigid films are easy to handle due to their rigidness and thus can be applied quickly.
