Ultraflex Speaker Mesh 7oz
Speaker Mesh is a 7 oz. PVC coated polyester mesh. Speaker Mesh is printable on two-sides using solvent, eco-solvent, and UV inks. The large-holed mesh allows 70% air-flow through. It is designed with a special scrim pattern that runs through the open holes catching more ink for optimal ink coverage. Speaker Mesh is best suited for acoustical applications (over concert/venue speakers), enormous images on building/stadium wraps, murals, protective barriers for scaffolding. It is well-suited for theatrical and TV backdrops. Available in seamless wide-widths of 126” and 196”.
Ultraflex VorTex Flag D110
VorTex™ Flag D110 is a knitted flag fabric treated specifically for direct dye-sublimation, Latex, dye-sublimation transfer and UV printing. VorTex™ Flag D110 offers excellent bleed through and wind flow characteristics making it an ideal choice for flag displays and temporary outdoor banners. VorTex™ Flag D110 is fire resistant and available in widths of 126”.
Ultraflex SuperSmooth PET Greyback 13oz
SuperSmooth™ PET GreyBack is a non-curling banner with a super smooth print surface and a grey back. It is ideal for high resolution printing. The grey back-side prevents light transparency and shadowing. SuperSmooth™ PET GreyBack is ideal for pop-up, roll-up, X displays, and an array of close viewing indoor applications. The material does not require lamination and is available in a matte finish. Available in widths from 38″ – 126”.
Ultraflex UltraMesh Plus 8oz
UltraMesh® Plus is an 8 oz. coated, polyester scrim, mesh banner material. The economical light weight material allows 37% air-flow through making it ideal for buildings, stadiums and fence wraps. UltraMesh® Plus may be printed on one side using solvent, eco-solvent, screen printing, latex and UV inks on printers using mesh kits. The product is available with a PVC backer that peels off after printing called Strip Mesh Plus. Available in 126″ and 196″ widths.

StripMesh Pro LTX w/Liner – 9oz
Strip Mesh Pro LTX is a 9 oz. mesh with backer that may be easily removed after printing. The specially designed backer creates an air-tight print surface preventing ink spray through and allows vacuum equipped printers to hold material flat during printing. The backer is formulated to work with solvent, eco-solvent, UV, Latex and screen printing. Strip Mesh Pro LTX allows 25% air-flow through and is ideal for outdoor banners, building wraps, fence mesh graphics and boulevard banners in high wind areas. Available in widths from 54″ – 126”.

63″ x 164′ Ultraflex T130 Dye Sub Fabric
VorTex™ Backlit Precision T130 is a polyester fabric ideal for use with retail applications. The product is designed and coated to hold a high resolution and wide color gamut. VorTex™ Backlit Precision was engineered with a unique coating that prevents color distortion due to cracking if the fabric is creased. The print surface allows for rich and uniform saturation resulting in vivid back-lit graphics through transfer dye-sublimation printing. VorTex™ Backlit Precision T130 currently available in widths of 63”.

Ultraflex SuperPrint Plus FL 13oz Gloss
SuperPrint® Plus FL is a 13 oz. front-lit billboard and banner material. It is compatible with solvent, eco-solvent, UV and screen printing. The face-film provides exceptional ink receptivity and consistently prints from batch to batch. SuperPrint® Plus is available in matte and gloss finishes and is available in widths from 38” – 196”. The material also comes in 492’ rolls specifically engineered for HP Turbojet and screen-printing machines. The rolls are available in 38”, 54”, 63” widths and are wound face-out on a 3” core.

ProFlex™ is a 13 oz. front-lit banner material designed to be the economical alternative to Normandy® Pro and JetFlex®. ProFlex™ was formulated for enhanced Latex printability and has a bright white point. The material is compatible for use with solvent, eco-solvent, UV and Latex ink. ProFlex™ is available in widths ranging from 38” – 126”.

Ultraflex UltraVision Window Perf
UltraVision Window Perf – UV is a perforated white gloss calendared graphic window film with a black adhesive backside, a paper backer and a unique additional center release liner. The release liner catches the ink while printing; preventing the ink from clogging the perforated holes. It is ideally used for exterior mounted window advertisements, in store, building windows or on vehicle windows. UltraVision UV has a specified open area (ie: 60/40: 40%) for optimal two-way viewing and can be printed on the front, non-adhesive side with solvent, eco-solvent and UV inks. For best installation results, an edge sealer should be used to help prevent the edges lifting after installation.

Its 1000 x 1000 high tenacity polyester yarn give it strength and superior print quality making it the preferred 13 oz. banner material among print manufacturers and industry-leading printing facilities. JetFlex® is available in matte and gloss finishes in widths ranging from 30” – 80”. In widths of 98” and above, this product is called Normandy® Pro FL.
