Mactac Rough Rap Wall Graphics
RoughRAP RR100 is a 2.0-mil soft white gloss, highly conformable, cast PVC film optimized ink jet printing. The product is coated on one side with a high tack, permanent, opaque, acrylic
pressure sensitive adhesive and supplied with a 90# polycoated 2-side release liner for excellent
lay-flat. RR100 is specifically designed for direct application onto moderately textured exterior and interior brick walls for an astonishing visual effect! Use of an overlaminate will extend the life of the graphic and allow for easier handling during install and de-install.

GF 885AE – RoughMark 2.0 mil Gloss White Cast Vinyl w/High-Tack Removable Adhesive & Air Egress
GF 885AE RoughMark™ Cast is a 2.0 mil high gloss white cast film coated with a solvent acrylic high-tack removable (HTR) pressure-sensitive adhesive on a 90# air egress liner. The thick HTR adhesive is designed to aggressively grip onto textured substrates such as brick, block or cement, yet cleanly remove without leaving adhesive residue on the contact surface.
The 90# air egress liner offers excellent product layflat in a variety of ambient conditions, along with ease of application of large format graphics. The GF 885AE accepts a variety of solvent-based, eco-solvent, latex and *UV curable inks common to wide format digital printing systems. *For UV curable inks, please consult with the ink manufacturer for specifics on ink flexibility.
Ratings & Certifications:
Flammability (tested using GF 885AE laminated with GF 813, GF 844); ASTM E84 Class 1 or A (Rating Standard Test Method for Surface Burning Characteristics of Building Materials).

GF 117 1.0 Clear Polyester Permanent Adhesive with 1.5 mil PET liner
GF 117 is a double-coated pressure sensitive 1.0 mil clear polyester film with a high-tack permanent adhesive on one side and a high-tack removable adhesive on the opposite side. GF 117 has a 90# air-egress on the removable adhesive side. The air-egress liner assures smooth bubble-free application (NOTE: Air-egress adhesives are DRY APPLY ONLY). This product is designed for laminating thin flexible plastic films and papers commonly found in graphics for temporary application to glass. The high-tack permanent (HTAP) adhesive is protected by a 1.5 mil clear polyester liner. This clear mounting film can be laminated by the cold laminating process without the addition of heat.

GF 116 1.0 Clear Polyester Removable Air Egress Print Mounting Film
GF 116 is a double-coated pressure sensitive 1.0 mil clear polyester film with a high-tack permanent adhesive on one side and a high-tack removable adhesive on the opposite side. GF 116 has a 4.5 mil clear air-egress PET liner printed with “Remove to Expose Adhesive” on the removable adhesive side.
The air -gress liner assures smooth bubble-free application (NOTE: Air-Egress adhesives are DRY APPLY ONLY). The clear liner allows the graphics to be viewed after lamination with GF 116.
