Ultraflex Ultrablockout Banner Pro 15oz
UltraBlockout® Banner Pro 15 oz. is a blockout banner material with a uniquely constructed dual print surface. UltraBlockout® Banner Pro 15 oz. is engineered for high resolution, two-sided printing. It is ideal for any indoor application where opacity is required. Like our 20 oz. version, UltraBlockout® Banner Pro 15 oz. works with solvent, eco-solvent, UV, screen printing or Latex inks. Available in widths from 54” – 126”.

DPF 9000 Satin
DPF 9000 is a satin white, engineered vinyl with a medium initial tack, permanent adhesive. This digital film for solvent-based printers is recommended for applications where the graphic is exposed to high heat, solvents or petrochemical-based products such as gas pump skirts and vehicle wraps. Its lay-flat, polycoated liner makes printing with solvent-based inks and wet applications even easier. The film features superior scratch and abrasion resistance and good dimensional stability with a durability rating of 7 years unprinted.

StripMesh Pro LTX w/Liner – 9oz
Strip Mesh Pro LTX is a 9 oz. mesh with backer that may be easily removed after printing. The specially designed backer creates an air-tight print surface preventing ink spray through and allows vacuum equipped printers to hold material flat during printing. The backer is formulated to work with solvent, eco-solvent, UV, Latex and screen printing. Strip Mesh Pro LTX allows 25% air-flow through and is ideal for outdoor banners, building wraps, fence mesh graphics and boulevard banners in high wind areas. Available in widths from 54″ – 126”.

Series 3210 overlaminate is constructed of a gloss cast vinyl film with clear, permanent pressure-sensitive adhesive. This overlaminate is designed to protect printed images and prolong the life of the printed image. Series 3210 provides the same protection as our standard overlaminates while having excellent conformability during installation with a lighter weight film. The gloss finish provides an extra pop to printed graphics. Series 3210 is rated for outdoor durability up to 7 years. This product is not designed to be used as an optically clear window film.

Ultraflex StripMesh Plus 8oz
Strip Mesh Plus is an 8 oz. coated, polyester scrim, mesh banner material with a PVC backing. The backer creates an air-tight print surface to prevent ink spray through while helping to feed the material through the printer. The backer is easily removed after printing. Like UltraMesh® Plus, the material allows 37% air-flow through and is ideal for banners, protective barriers and fence wraps. Industrial Grade Multi-Purpose Calendered Film For Hard-To-Stick Surfaces
DPF 8000™ Ultra Tack is a 3.5-mil (90 micron) satin white, high-tensile, PVC film with aggressive, permanent pressure-sensitive adhesive. Designed to adhere to “hard-to-stick” surfaces, DPF 8000™ Ultra Tack offers a special adhesive system that is designed to adhere to difficult substrates and low surface energy plastics, especially ABS plastic. DPF 8000™ White is also designed to meet typical permanent marking requirements and specifications for heavy industrial equipment markings, including OEM markings, off-road vehicles such as motorbikes, and other hard-to-stick applications. The film installs best on flat surfaces when processed and applied according to Arlon recommendations. DPF 8000™ Ultra Tack is fire certified under ASTM E-84 and EN 13501-1:2007+A1:2009 of Euro Class C, S1, d0. This product is also rated up to 7 years* (unprinted) for outdoor durability. Printed durability is dependent on the ink system used.

Arlon Fusion Wrap White

VorTex™ Backlit Precision T130 is a polyester fabric ideal for use with retail applications. The product is designed and coated to hold a high resolution and wide color gamut. VorTex™ Backlit Precision was engineered with a unique coating that prevents color distortion due to cracking if the fabric is creased. The print surface allows for rich and uniform saturation resulting in vivid back-lit graphics through transfer dye-sublimation printing. The material is compatible with an existing magnet and requires no professional installation. Ultraflex SuperPrint Plus FL 13oz Gloss
SuperPrint® Plus FL is a 13 oz. front-lit billboard and banner material. It is compatible with solvent, eco-solvent, UV and screen printing. The face-film provides exceptional ink receptivity and consistently prints from batch to batch. SuperPrint® Plus is available in matte and gloss finishes and is available in widths from 38” – 196”. The material also comes in 492’ rolls specifically engineered for HP Turbojet and screen-printing machines. The rolls are available in 38”, 54”, 63” widths and are wound face-out on a 3” core.

As a rigid film with a strong tack, the registration of panels is easy and the bond formed in hard-to-reach areas will give you confidence in your wall application. Building a long-term bond over time, the initial repositionability of the film will help reduce and remove bubbles easily. DPF 4200 is compatible with a variety of paint types, including a wide range of zero and low-VOC paints.
