StripMesh Pro LTX w/Liner – 9oz
Strip Mesh Pro LTX is a 9 oz. mesh with backer that may be easily removed after printing. The specially designed backer creates an air-tight print surface preventing ink spray through and allows vacuum equipped printers to hold material flat during printing. The backer is formulated to work with solvent, eco-solvent, UV, Latex and screen printing. Strip Mesh Pro LTX allows 25% air-flow through and is ideal for outdoor banners, building wraps, fence mesh graphics and boulevard banners in high wind areas. Available in widths from 54″ – 126”.
Ultraflex StripMesh Plus 8oz
Strip Mesh Plus is an 8 oz. coated, polyester scrim, mesh banner material with a PVC backing. The backer creates an air-tight print surface to prevent ink spray through while helping to feed the material through the printer. The backer is easily removed after printing. Like UltraMesh® Plus, the material allows 37% air-flow through and is ideal for banners, protective barriers and fence wraps. Strip Mesh Plus is compatible with solvent, eco-solvent, screen printing and UV inks. Available in widths from 54” – 126”.
Mactac PF6300 Series Overlaminating Films
PF6300 is a 5-mil clear PVC film with a lustre textured finish to eliminate glare and provide a very unique and pleasing viewing surface. This product can be used as an overlaminate for indoor and outdoor applications and wets out perfectly when used over UV inkjet and screen printed images. PF6300 not only provides protection from abrasion and moisture, it also helps retard color fade caused by ultra violet (UV) light exposure. PF6300 can also be used as a Floor Graphic laminate. It exceeds industry standards for slip resistance, when tested according BS7976-2.

Its grainy finish is particularly suitable for writing with solid chalk as well as with liquid chalk markers.

GV729v2BFD Pro is a 2.1-mil soft white gloss, highly conformable, super calendared PVC film designed for solvent-based ink jet printing. The product is coated on one side with repositionable yet permanent, opaque, acrylic pressure sensitive adhesive with air egress technology and supplied with an 80# polycoated 2-side release liner. GV729v2BFD is designed for partial vehicle wraps and for long term indoor and outdoor advertising on flat to complex curved surfaces. Use of RAYZor® and ColorGard™ overlaminates will extend the life of the graphic. This product is NOT intended for small cut lettering applications, small intricate or narrow graphic decals, interior drywall murals, or wet application methods for installation.
63″ x 164′ Ultraflex T130 Dye Sub Fabric
VorTex™ Backlit Precision T130 is a polyester fabric ideal for use with retail applications. The product is designed and coated to hold a high resolution and wide color gamut. VorTex™ Backlit Precision was engineered with a unique coating that prevents color distortion due to cracking if the fabric is creased. The print surface allows for rich and uniform saturation resulting in vivid back-lit graphics through transfer dye-sublimation printing. SuperPrint® Plus FL is a 13 oz. front-lit billboard and banner material. It is compatible with solvent, eco-solvent, UV and screen printing. The face-film provides exceptional ink receptivity and consistently prints from batch to batch. SuperPrint® Plus is available in matte and gloss finishes and is available in widths from 38” – 196”. The material also comes in 492’ rolls specifically engineered for HP Turbojet and screen-printing machines. The rolls are available in 38”, 54”, 63” widths and are wound face-out on a 3” core.

Ultraflex UltraVision Window Perf
UltraVision Window Perf – UV is a perforated white gloss calendared graphic window film with a black adhesive backside, a paper backer and a unique additional center release liner. The release liner catches the ink while printing; preventing the ink from clogging the perforated holes. It is ideally used for exterior mounted window advertisements, in store, building windows or on vehicle windows. UltraVision UV has a specified open area (ie: 60/40: 40%) for optimal two-way viewing and can be printed on the front, non-adhesive side with solvent, eco-solvent and UV inks. For best installation results, an edge sealer should be used to help prevent the edges lifting after installation.
