Originally designed with the photographer in mind, the heavy-duty use Pro Series has proven its durability and worth as an “all day, everyday use” trimmer in a variety of industries. Aside from the materials listed below, the Pro Series has been used to cut offset printing plates, packaging materials, polyethylene and even mount board – as well as for office finishing projects.From mount board all the way down to tissue paper, the Pro Series accurately cuts all these substrates without a single adjustment to the machine.The Rotatrim Pro Series is perfect for heavy-use cutting and trimming of flexible materials:

Series 3210
Series 3210 overlaminate is constructed of a gloss cast vinyl film with clear, permanent pressure-sensitive adhesive. This overlaminate is designed to protect printed images and prolong the life of the printed image. Series 3210 provides the same protection as our standard overlaminates while having excellent conformability during installation with a lighter weight film. The gloss finish provides an extra pop to printed graphics. Series 3210 is rated for outdoor durability up to 7 years. This product is not designed to be used as an optically clear window film.

Ultraflex StripMesh Plus 8oz
Strip Mesh Plus is an 8 oz. coated, polyester scrim, mesh banner material with a PVC backing. The backer creates an air-tight print surface to prevent ink spray through while helping to feed the material through the printer. The backer is easily removed after printing. Like UltraMesh® Plus, the material allows 37% air-flow through and is ideal for banners, protective barriers and fence wraps. Strip Mesh Plus is compatible with solvent, eco-solvent, screen printing and UV inks. Available in widths from 54” – 126”.

Industrial Grade Multi-Purpose Calendered Film For Hard-To-Stick Surfaces
DPF 8000™ Ultra Tack is a 3.5-mil (90 micron) satin white, high-tensile, PVC film with aggressive, permanent pressure-sensitive adhesive. Designed to adhere to “hard-to-stick” surfaces, DPF 8000™ Ultra Tack offers a special adhesive system that is designed to adhere to difficult substrates and low surface energy plastics, especially ABS plastic. DPF 8000™ White is also designed to meet typical permanent marking requirements and specifications for heavy industrial equipment markings, including OEM markings, off-road vehicles such as motorbikes, and other hard-to-stick applications. The film installs best on flat surfaces when processed and applied according to Arlon recommendations. DPF 8000™ Ultra Tack is fire certified under ASTM E-84 and EN 13501-1:2007+A1:2009 of Euro Class C, S1, d0. This product is also rated up to 7 years* (unprinted) for outdoor durability. Printed durability is dependent on the ink system used.

Arlon Fusion Wrap White

Fusion Wrap featuring FLITE Technology® can be the product of choice in various situations: when cost-driven opportunities are presented, if shorter to medium term durability is specified, or when a flat to simple curve vehicle wrap application is present. A polymeric film specifically designed for vehicle wraps, the thin and flexible film facilitates ease of use and efficiency. The material has been designed with a smooth backside which eliminates scratches on prints when stacked or rolled. DSS 15oz Blockout Banner Vinyl
DSS 15 oz. Blockout is a 15 oz. smooth, two-sided blockout banner material that delivers similar quality printing results on both sides. DSS 15 oz. Blockout is compatible for use with solvent, eco-solvent, UV, Latex and screen printing. It is best suited for indoor applications where complete opacity is required. VorTex™ Backlit Precision T130 is a polyester fabric ideal for use with retail applications. The product is designed and coated to hold a high resolution and wide color gamut. VorTex™ Backlit Precision was engineered with a unique coating that prevents color distortion due to cracking if the fabric is creased. The print surface allows for rich and uniform saturation resulting in vivid back-lit graphics through transfer dye-sublimation printing. Signetics Duo is printable on two-sides allowing two graphics to be printed simultaneously and changed in an instant! The material is compatible with an existing magnet and requires no professional installation. The double sided capability will significantly reduce material cost, freight and installation fees as the material is easily rolled up, turned over and rolled back to the surface. Ultraflex SuperPrint Plus FL 13oz Gloss
SuperPrint® Plus FL is a 13 oz. front-lit billboard and banner material. It is compatible with solvent, eco-solvent, UV and screen printing. The face-film provides exceptional ink receptivity and consistently prints from batch to batch. SuperPrint® Plus is available in matte and gloss finishes and is available in widths from 38” – 196”. The material also comes in 492’ rolls specifically engineered for HP Turbojet and screen-printing machines. The rolls are available in 38”, 54”, 63” widths and are wound face-out on a 3” core.
